BEFORE THE 'PERSON'
In related to my past blogs, one thing is made in common, and that is: RELATIONSHIP. God designed relationships for us to enjoy each other companies. In his six days of creation, everything he created was good, but as we can see in Genesis 2:18, this is the first time God said, IT IS NOT GOOD. And what is it? TO BE ALONE. God wants us to have a relationship first to Him then to others. Now let's take a look what we need to understand in this verse. This verse actually referring to an intimate relationship with our opposite sex. Which means that God sends Eve to Adam for them to produce, to increase and to become successful. As Ecclesiastes is telling us that two are better than one for they can help each other to succeed. Therefore, God delights in a relationship.
